Ingredients:

1 pound Sausage (your choice of spicy, mild, or regular)
1 1/2 oz Pork Gravy Mix (1 package of Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 Can (8 oz) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray (such as Pam).

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits and cut each biscuit into 1-inch pieces. Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with the biscuit pieces.
Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Assemble Casserole: Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the top of the biscuit pieces in the baking dish. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the sausage.
Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuit, sausage, and cheese layers.
Make Gravy: Prepare the gravy according to the package directions (typically by whisking the gravy mix with water and heating until thickened). Once ready, pour the gravy evenly over the entire casserole.
Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the eggs are set.
Serve:

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before cutting it into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
Tips:
Make Ahead: This casserole can be assembled the night before and stored in the refrigerator. In the morning, simply pop it into the oven and bake as directed.
Spice It Up: For an extra kick, use hot sausage or add a dash of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the egg mixture.
Customizations: Feel free to add in sautéed onions, bell peppers, or even mushrooms for added flavor and texture.
This Biscuits & Gravy Casserole is comfort food at its best, and it’s sure to become a favorite at your table!
