Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread
Ingredients:
1 loaf Italian bread
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the center of each half, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread around the edges.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
Spoon the chicken bacon ranch mixture evenly into the hollowed-out centers of the bread halves.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken bacon ranch mixture.
Place the filled bread halves on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Slice and serve warm.
