In a medium mixing bowl beat the cream cheese on medium speed 2 minutes until creamy and smooth.Beat in the sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Taste and add another tablespoon of sugar if needed.Add 1 + ½ cups of the strawberries. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.In a separate mixing bowl beat the whipping cream with 2 tablespoons sugar on medium speed until stiff peaks form. When you lift the beater it should stick to it.Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.Layer in 4 (8 ounce) dessert cups: 2 tablespoons strawberries on the bottom, a layer of mousse, another layer of strawberries, a layer of mousse and whip cream.Chill well before eating 3 - 4 hours.
