2 carrots

3 garlic cloves

A cup of coconut milk

Preparation :

Boil the ginger, carrots and garlic in a pan – once the mixture boils, simmer it on low heat for a while. Now, sauté the onions next and add the coconut oil, then mix both mixtures well, add the coconut milk and season the soup before serving.

Broccoli soup

Ingredients :

2 ½ cups of broccoli florets
A cup of kale
3 celery stalks
1 onion
2 cups of vegetable or bone broth
Some lemon juice
2 tablespoons of collagen
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
A pinch of sea salt

Preparation :

Cook the coconut oil for a bit, then add the broccoli, celery, onion and the broth and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes or until it gets thicker.

Red lentil soup

Ingredients :

½ a cup of red lentils
1 apple
1 onion
2 carrots
2 sweet potatoes
½ a teaspoon of paprika
½ a teaspoon of cumin
¼ cup of coconut oil or ghee
4 ½ cups of bone broth
1-inch piece of ginger
Coconut cream, salt and pepper

Preparation :

First, cook the coconut oil for a bit, then add the carrots, apples, onion and sweet potatoes. Once these ingredients are soft, add the lentils, ginger, paprika, cumin and broth and boil everything for half an hour. Once everything is soft, blend the mixture, season it and serve.

Eat 5-6 bowls of these soups a day to detoxify your body and improve your overall health in just a month!
