- 113 grams (1 stick) butter
- 1 can (298 grams / 10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (298 grams / 10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 150 grams / 5.3 oz)
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), chopped (about 150 grams / 5.3 oz)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook until done, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
